Can I make customised items that use other people's artwork or logos?
Absolutely NOT! It your responsiblility to ensure that you have approval to use another person's image before creating customised gifts and apparel.
It is up to you to ascertain the appropriate licenses in Australia to protect your artwork and logos.

How do I promote my store?
It's up to you as to how you promote your store. We do not supply any promotion within our service. Google, Ebay and other online auction stores are a great way to get your product into the marketplace.

Do I need to hold/order any stock?
Absolutely NOT, the best thing about using an online customised apparel and gift store from our company is that you don't need to purchase 1,000's of the same item. Most company's have large minimum order quantities to offer customised gifts and apparel. We don't!! We understand that sometimes you may just need ONE of the item for your needs. Think of the costs that you can save.
You will also save on the costs of packaging and mailing items to your customers, because we will do it ALL for you!

How much do I receive for products sold?
You will receive $5 from EVERY product sold once total sales for the store (excluding shipping) passes $100 each month. This ensures that we are able to offer you the site for FREE and also allows us to keep our prices VERY low.
All payments to you are made via direct deposit. Payment is made on the 15th of the following month (i.e.Commissions received during November 2007 are made to your bank account on the 15th of December 2007).
Example:
200 items are sold during the month = 200 x $25 (on average) = $5,000.
You will receive a profit of $11,460 during the year. You will NOT need to hold stock, despatch orders or chase up payemnt.
Compare that with a normal online store where you have to hold your own stock.

What does high resolution image mean?
You need to send a us an image with the following minimum requirements: 1500 x 1500 at 150dpi resolution. If you are unsure of the resolution of your image, simply send us the image and we will let you know if it will suffice. The better the image, the better your finalised product.
