SHIPPPING - Is there a tracking service for your packages?
To offer such a low shipping price, we are not able to offer a tracked shipping service to your door. If you would like a Fedex tracked shipping service, please select the Fedex shipping option. We have a 100% shipping record via Australia Post. Please note that we will not be able to issue refunds for missing items as items are neither insured or tracked.

SHOPPING - Can I cancel something after I have ordered?
Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse transactions through our payment gateway once a transaction has been put through. A cancellation fee of AUD$20 (regardless of payment method) will be deducted from your payment as well as a deduction for postage costs (to and from). The balance of your payment will be refunded by Cheque.

Unfortunately, once your order has been "Checked Out" you are unable to add to it. Simply complete a new order as soon as possible (unfortunately shipping costs cannot be changed). If your order is received on the same day we will be able to send your order in one shipment.
